      Een klein stukje Iveco geschiedenis.

      Iveco is de afkorting van Industrial VEhicle COrporation, een bedrijf dat door middel van diverse fusies in Italië is ontstaan. Het was een fusie tussen vijf bedrijven die in Italië, Frankrijk en Duitsland gevestigd waren, te weten: FIAT Veicoli Industriali, Officine Meccaniche, Lancia Veicoli Speciali, Unic en Magirus-Deutz. De fuzie zorgde voor een verandering in verdeling van de productieprocessen en uiteindelijk een verbeterde marktpositionering.

      Inmiddels is Iveco een zeer gewild merk in bedrijfsvoertuigen en heeft Iveco de welbekende Iveco Daily op de markt gebracht.
